EARNING POINTS - We'll give you 200 points just for signing up. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in services or retail. Earn 500 points for sending us a referral!
REDEEMING POINTS - When you have accrued 2000 points, you can enjoy $20 off your service or retail purchase! It's that simple.
CANCELLATIONS
At Shear Art Salons we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other guests on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment via our online portal. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want for you to love the products you choose to support your look at home. We will happily exchange any home-care product that you purchase from the salon company for something better suited for your needs.
Hot tools: If appliance fails to operate properly under normal use within 30 days from purchase because of defect, please return it to us, and we will replace at no charge.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our goal is to meet your expectations during every visit. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.
PETS
For everyone’s safety and sanitation, please do not bring pets to your appointment, unless it is a certified service animal with appropriate documentation.
